Alecto Carrow:

Alecto has filled different roles in Mina’s life, while Mina went through her stages. First they were enemies, consistently bickering and fighting, which drove the castle mad. Next they became friends, they still bicker and fight, but that is just because it is what they are used to. .  Mina had also been called Alecto’s sidekick, because she never really leaves Alecto alone, and tends to piss her off whenever a good opportunity arises. Alecto is now currently trying to help Mina to get better from her current depressed state.  Mina thinks she’s just going to end up getting so fed up with her that she’ll leave just like the others.  Even though that is probably not true, because she knows how persistent Alecto is. So Mina just does what Alecto orders, and hopes it’s for the best. 

Antonin Dolohov: 

Antonin is exactly like the big brother Mina never truly had. He’s nice to her, talks to her and he cares for her. Mina like that he does this a lot and sometimes wonders why he does this. Mina & Antonin help each other through being depressed, lonely people. With Mina getting happier day by day, will she ditch Antonin? They like their company together, and Mina is trying to help him win Alecto’s heart and take her away from Sturgis. That is one difficult task though. They talk lots, and Antonin helps Mina get through the day. Mina cares about Antonin and worries about him a lot. Shw wants him to be happy just like she is trying to be, but she doesn’t know how to change him. She doesn’t know if she even wants to change him.
