”Erm..oh gosh…please don’t cry.” She patted the sobing girl’s back awkwardly, trying in vain to pull away from Mina’s tight embrace. She sighed, eventually giving in to Mina’s steel grip. “I know, Bean. I know. He was a prat anyway. You deserve a million times better.”
“It’s okay though..” Mina said as she let go and sniffled some more. “I just noticed that… there’s someone in the Slytherin house I haven’t noticed before.. I didn’t know he was here, and he was..” Mina explained softly as she continued to try and dry her eyes. ”He’s in 5th year.. Blonde.. blue eyed.. Alecto he shouldn’t be here..” Mina then continued to explain even though she didn’t know if Alecto was even picking this all up. She sighed as she continued wiping her eyes in vain. “I don’t know why he’s here.” she then said, actually putting the words together this time. Alecto would understand right? It wasn’t like she was crying to hard anymore.. The boy was the one that gave her her first kiss..
Alecto raised an eyebrow at the mention of a new boy. “A slytherin huh?” she asked, leaning in with interest. “I don’t think I’ve seen him before. Blonde you say? Hmm. Honestly I haven’t the slightest idea who you could be talking about.” Her eyes suddenly gleamed dangerously. “I’m going to find him. You and he will be my new project!” She laughed at Mina’s expression. “Don’t look so scared, Bean! It will work this time!”
“Alecto you can’t!” Mina exclaimed loudly. “Please don’t. Please! You can’t.. he.. um..” Mina then tried to explain, even though she didn’t want to force the words out. “I knew him as a kid.. He’s the one that forced my first kiss.” Mina then confessed as she sighed. “You can’t okay! He can’t know that I’m here.” She then continued. “Don’t do this..” She then pleaded as she locked eyes with Alecto even in her nervous state. He couldn’t know.That was all Mina knew at the moment. He couldn’t know. Then he’d try and talk to her, and Mina was scared to have that happen.
